Work Integrated Training Programme (WITP)
The approach adopted by PIER is called the Work Integrated Training programme (WITP), which aligns with the New Educational Policy. These Vocational Educational Programs focus on job-specific skills rather than providing only a broad-based education.
The aim is to enable students to learn the skill by engaging in on-the-job training at real shop floors of the industry/company along with the classroom theoretical training. This model ensures that graduates are not just educated, but truly industry-ready from day one.

Our team is composed of highly experienced professionals from various domains of healthcare and corporate life. We are headed by an accomplished professional holding a Ph.D. with specialization in Management, bringing a rich perspective from Sales, Operations, and Customer services.
